Lazaros Vrysis

Dr. Lazaros Vrysis received a diploma degree in Electrical Engineering in 2009, completed the interdisciplinary post-graduate program “Advanced Computer and Communication Systems” in 2014, and received his PhD in 2019, all from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Currently, he is a teaching associate at the School of Journalism and Mass Media Studies of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialises in deep learning, audiovisual signal and natural language processing, and educational software design. Over the past few years, he has designed various software solutions for relevant research projects and published numerous applications on the App Store and Google Play. Additionally, he has worked as a UX & IT strategist for the municipal television and radio stations of Thessaloniki.
