Antonis Gardikiotis

Professor of Social Psychology and the Mass Media. He has studied Psychology (University of Crete), Mass Communication (University of London, LSE), and Social Science Research Methods (Cardiff University). He completed his PhD in Social Psychology and Mass Media (Cardiff U). He has published in a number of scientific journals such as Media Psychology, Psychology of Music, Communications: The European Journal of Communication Research, European Journal of Social Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Social and Personality Psychology Compass. His research interests concern topics such as social influence and persuasion, perception of media effects, health communication etc.
